Thebe River Safaris Activities Terms and Conditions.
RATES
All rates quoted are in BWP.
Activities are based on a minimum of 4 people per activity.
Activities are subject to availability.

RATE CHANGES
Due to the continued volatility in the international fuel price, which has a direct impact on the companies’ operational costs, Thebe River Safaris (the company) reserves the right to immediately increase rates without prior notice. However, should this happen, it will be communicated to all agents formally as soon as we become aware of an increase.
Thebe River Safaris (the company) reserve the right to change any of the rates above without prior notice should any operating costs increase.
Rates quoted for confirmed bookings will be honoured.
Rates Include:
Guided activity only.
Rates Exclude:
Parks Fees, Drinks, Snacks, meals and anything not listed as included.
PAYMENT
Thebe River Safaris reserves the right to accept and confirm bookings at their discretion.
Bookings will be confirmed once full prepayment has been made.
Payment can be made via credit card with VISA and MasterCard cards, direct bank transfers (funds must clear in our account prior to activity departure) and prepayment in cash (BWP and USD)
GROUP BOOKINGS/FUNCTIONS
All booking detail must be confirmed in writing.
All changes to bookings i.e. date, number of visitors, activity details etc must be notified in writing.
Thebe River Safaris reserves the right to cancel or release any provisional bookings should the applicable payments not be made to secure the booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 100 % cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours prior to the activity.
A 75% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 7 days prior to the activity.
A 50 % cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the activity.
All No-Shows will be treated as a last-minute cancellation and 100% penalty will apply.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY
Medical certificate
Delays in travel due to technicalities beyond control
Bereavements
Any other exceptions will be authorised by the Managing Director
CHILDREN
Children under the age of 6 yrs will be required to book a private activity. Please contact us directly for pricing of private activities.
Children must be accompanied by a parent / guardian who will need to sign the relevant indemnities on their behalf.
